Golders Manor Drive is an impressive and spacious home located in the desirable area of Golders Green, London. The property boasts an attractive exterior with a driveway and landscaped front garden, providing ample off-street parking for multiple vehicles.
The house has been decorated and fully furnished to meet the exact needs of our international students. We only operate with the highest standards for accommodation in London and work closely with ESCP London and all of London’s leading Universities to assist many students every year to find a home. We have developed the house exclusively for students who are looking for the best accommodation in London and it is reserved only for ESCP. This property has just been launched for reservations and always sells out very quickly each year so my advice is to be quick if you like it.
Our policy is to allow those that have enquired first to have a priority. We can not guarantee the availability, especially as there can be group bookings and due to the very high demand in London.
Location
This is the most ideal area for ESCP students. The neighborhood is located in one of the safest in London, it is very quiet and peaceful at this property, especially important when you are studying. The greatest thing is that when you do want to study you can do so in complete peace and when you want to go out and enjoy London the best places, restaurants, sights,shops, amenities,are all conveniently close by. There is a direct bus (No.113) available frequently and it will only take 8 mins to reach the ESCP London campus. The bus stops very close to the house.
It is also very quick to travel to Central London( only 15-20 mins) and you will have easy access to Heathrow, Luton & Gatwick airports as well as all the major travel routes.
Our local train station is only at the end of the road where the house is located(2mins walk) and has a direct train service to the Eurostar at St Pancras( 15 mins) and many parts of London such as the famous Camden Town which is only 5 mins away, a great place to go out to.
There is also the benefit of one of London’s largest shopping centers called Brent Cross, a 24 hour open Tesco supermarket are both a short walk away plus many shops, restaurants and cafes on the high street. One of my favorite features of the area is that there are the idyllic parks and woodlands with great facilities nearby where you can go to relax and exercise(great for running).

You do not share your room. It is all yours and is fully lockable and we have a high level of security at this property. The rooms are large, comfortable and will include great quality furniture in this option. Keeping the cleanliness and maintenance of the house at the highest standards is very important to us so we also professionally deep clean the house before you arrive and there is a regular cleaning service here.

Payment terms
We send you the full details on how to reserve your room in the ESCP house after you make your choice including detailed images of your bedroom and a video too. This will involve paying for the advanced rent for the entire stay and deposit amount (the standard requirements of a professional property agency for renting any property in London to international students).
The deposit
This is legally required and is protected by our government-authorized deposit scheme in accordance with the UK Law. As ESCP students I can offer you a special discounted deposit of £750 per person. (Usually, this is up to £900 depending on the house). This deposit is returned after you leave at the end of your contract by transfer to your bank account once the property check out has been carried out.
Bills
We provide the Unlimited Ultra-fast 120MB Fibre optic internet ( fastest in London), Water, Cleaning and gardening services. Apart from this the only bills you pay are the electricity and gas that is shared between whoever is staying at the house.
