This is one of the most ideal area for ESCP students. This is one of the safest and best located in London. Our ESCP students tell us how wonderful It is being able to live in a nature reserve in London with great walking paths, cycling, sailing, fitness and relaxing areas all around you. You will find living here very peaceful as the apartment has a corner position of the building which provides excellent privacy and comfort.

Access to the most exciting parts of London and college are made very easy by using the excellent local transport links available. When you do want to study you can do so in complete peace and when you want to go out and enjoy London’s best sights, shops, restaurants and amenities they are all conveniently close by.There are direct bus’s available frequently and it will only take a 7 minutes journey on the direct train available regularly just across the road from the apartment. West Hampstead is only 3 stops from the apartment.

What to expect in the room and the property

You do not share your room. It is all yours, both have high quality new double beds, wardrobes and drawers and are interior designed to be comfortable and practical.

Keeping the cleanliness and maintenance of the house at the highest standards is very important to us, we professionally deep clean the house before you arrive and there is a regular cleaning service here.

Our local train station (Hendon) is only a short walk and has a direct train service that will take you to central London and the Eurostar terminal at St Pancras in only 17 minutes. You can also reach the airports very quickly from this location.

Payment terms

We send you the full details on how to reserve your room in the ESCP apartment after you make your choice including detailed images of your bedroom and a video too. This will involve paying for the advanced rent for the entire stay and deposit amount (the standard requirements of a professional property agency for renting any property in London to international students).

The deposit

This is legally required and is protected by our government-authorized deposit scheme in accordance with the UK Law. As ESCP students, we have a special discounted deposit offer of £750 per person. (Usually, this is £1500 for this property). This deposit is returned after you leave at the end of your contract by transfer to your bank account once the property checkout has been carried out.

Bills

We provide Unlimited Ultra-fast fiber optic internet and all of your utility bills to make your stay totally stress free and avoid you having to do the complicated arrangements of setting up accounts. Apart from this the only bills you pay are the cleaning, this is shared between all tenants living in the property.
