We have developed the house exclusively for international students who are looking for the best accommodation in London and it is reserved especially for ESCP. This property has just been launched for reservations and always sells out very quickly each year so our advice is to be quick if you like it.
Our policy is to allow those that have enquired first to have a priority. We can not guarantee the availability, especially as there can be group bookings and due to the very high demand in London.
Location
This is one of the most ideal area for ESCP students. The famous neighbourhood of Maida Vale is one of the safest and best located in London. The greatest thing is being able to access the most exciting parts of central London within a short walk or by using the excellent local transport links.
When you do want to study you can do so in complete peace and when you want to go out and enjoy London’s best sights, shops, restaurants and amenities they are all conveniently close by. There are direct bus’s available frequently and it will only take 20 mins to reach the ESCP London campus.
Our local train station (Maida Vale) is only a short walk and has a direct train service to Paddington and Elizabeth line. The Eurostar and Airports both have direct trains to make travelling back home easy and quick.
What to expect in the room and the property
You do not share your room. It is all yours, both have high quality new double beds, wardrobes and drawers and are interior designed to be comfortable and practical.
Keeping the cleanliness and maintenance of the house at the highest standards is very important to us, we professionally deep clean the house before you arrive and there is a regular cleaning service here.

- Laundry – Washing and drying machine for your cleaning of clothes and drying racks + Iron and Ironing board provided.
- Separate living & dining room – with large Victorian sash windows that create a lovely bright and inviting interior with a corner sofa, dining table and a wall mounted TV screen.

Payment terms
We send you the full details on how to reserve your room in the ESCP apartment after you make your choice including detailed images of your bedroom and a video too. This will involve paying for the advanced rent for the entire stay and deposit amount (the standard requirements of a professional property agency for renting any property in London to international students).
The deposit
This is legally required and is protected by our government-authorized deposit scheme in accordance with the UK Law. As ESCP students, we have a special discounted deposit offer of £750 per person. (Usually, this is £1500 for this property). This deposit is returned after you leave at the end of your contract by transfer to your bank account once the property checkout has been carried out.
Bills
We provide Unlimited Ultra-fast fiber optic internet and all of your utility bills to make your stay totally stress free and avoid you having to do the complicated arrangements of setting up accounts. Apart from this the only bills you pay are the cleaning, this is shared between all tenants living in the property.
